WELCOME TO UKULELE 2015.
Venue: Arcare...Janice Street....Slacks Creek.
Time: 9.30a.m. sharp.
Requirements: Ukulele....Red Book called "Uke'n Play Ukulele"
by Mike Jackson. Please try for the RED BOOK....You will also need a music stand.
If you don't have any of these by starting date, still come along as you will be able to share with someone else.
Starting Date: 29.01.15
If you do not have a ukulele yet and need to know what sort to buy please notify me by email. I will also have a variety of ukes for you to look at on starting day.
Our class will go for 20 to 30 minutes then we will join the advanced group. Don't be put off when you hear them as most couldn't play a chord this time last year. One of the best and quickest ways to learn is to play with more experienced people.
The only other requirements are to be a member of U3A and to abide by our rules.
We only have 3 rules: 1)Have fun.
2)If you don't know a chord...cheat.
3)Have fun.
My promise: You will all be playing by the end of the 1st term.
